We are a completely mobile Bar-B-Que Catering 
service.  We have a menu that includes ribs,
chicken or sliced pork.  Hotdogs and hamburgers
are also available.  With your choice of meat, we 
offer baked beans, your choice of one,  macaroni 
salad, pototo salad or cole slaw or you can choose
to half the salads and make two choices.  You also
get bread and sweet tea.

We cook all the meat on site so that it comes to
you hot off the grill.  Normal food preparation time
is approximately four hours.
